Research philosophy- interpretivism and Positivism are two types of research
philosophies in which positivism philosophy that is related to quantitative research. On the other
hand interpretivism is based on qualitative research that will be used by scholar.
DATA COLLECTION
Research method- Primary and secondary are two types of method in which primary data
can be collect directly through respondent. On the other hand, secondary data can be collect on
the basis of online sources. Both the method will use by scholar.
Sampling- There will be 30 employees of Tesco select as respondent.
Research analysis- Thematic and SPSS are two method of analysing the data, for the
present research thematic analysis will be used by researcher.
