becoming enhancing interconnectedness as result of
enhance trade as well as cultural exchange. It is a greater
movement of products, ideas, people and capital because
of increased economic integration that in turn is prompt
through maximised trade as well as investment.

Research Aim
The main aim of this research is “To ascertain the benefits
and drawbacks of globalisation upon business
functions”. A case study on Virgin Atlantic.
