Literature review
As per view of Chams and García-Blandón, (2019) HR manager are responsible for hiring
effective and right employees for right job so that individual can perform various work easily
within limited time. Innovative technologies are used by HR manager of NHS to hire highly
skilled, knowledgeable employees so that HSC services can be improved and quality outcomes
can be achieved. It is responsibility of HR to provide equal opportunity to all individual to show
their capabilities and skill and choose the best among them on equal basis for growth and success
of organisation.HR can easily evaluate performance and productivity of different employees
through use of innovative technology that helps in maximise utilisation of available resources for
achievement of organisational goals of NHS. Therefore, Chams and García-Blandón state that
HR main function is to hire right candidate for particular job profile for achievement of goals.
As illustrated by Kew and Stredwick, (2016) HR manager by providing equal opportunity
to different individual that are working within health care helps in improvement of performance
and productivity of employees. They feel happy and satisfied to work with health care setting
that provide equal opportunity to each and every individual so that it can grow and develop its
knowledge and capabilities. Therefore as per Kew and Stredwickequal opportunity provide to
employees helps in satisfying their needs and retention of employees within organisation.
As noted by Turner and et.al., (2019) most of HR in recent trend uses innovative
technologies to hire and recruit appropriate candidate within company. Such as use of social
media, website to promote for vacancy of desired position NHS attracts large number of
candidate to apply for particular job. Thus, it makes process of recruit easy and simple at the
same time saves lot of time and effort of HR manager to select right candidate for specified
position. Innovative technology helps in reducing cost of company to recruit number of
candidate within limited time and efforts within NHS.
According to Martínez (2020) top-level management within each business has required to
make their HRM (human resource management) practices more effective. Reason is, currently
only those health care services have productive hiring processes which have an effective HRM
within their business environment. HR manager within each is responsible to properly maintain
an ethical environment within its daily practices, because an ethical environment always
promotes equalityand diversity within workplace. NHS always gives equal chance to each

candidate who has participated in their hiring process, because they have succeeded in
maintaining equality within their daily practices.
Research methodology
This is one of the major tasks within the research project. In this project, different
philosophical approaches will be used. These approaches give opportunity to find appropriate
date which can highly contribute in completing a research project. On the other side, qualitative
and quantitative research techniques also play very great role in a research project (Zehirand
et.al., 2016). There are primaryand secondary data collection methods also will be used. These
both primary and secondary data collection methods also will play great role in this research
project. These all methods, techniques and philosophical approaches have been discussed below;
Philosophical approaches
Philosophical approaches play very great role in a research project, because these
approachesgiveopportunity to a researcher to get a realistic answers of fundamental questions.
The main aim behind using these approaches is to perfectly collect various data which has highly
required n this research project. On the other side, these approachessupport in perfectly gather,
analyses and use that data in the future. Data which will be collected through these approaches
will explained in philosophical way.
Qualitative and qualitative techniques
Qualitative technique give opportunity to collect data through, observation andinterviews
etc. Basically, this qualitative technique only will be used, because technique of data collection
in very helpful in finding various data through conducting interviews. There is an effective
questionnaire already has created which has mentioned some appropriate questions which will
support in finding those data which are highly required to properly completing this research
project.
On the other side, quantitative technique of data collection is also plays very important
role in any research project, because this technique give opportunity to collect data through
mathematical and statistical or numerical analysis terms, like; polls, surveys, etc. (Word and
Sowa, 2017). In this situation, many research project has completed by this technique as well.

According to many researchers, peoples are able to take huge advantages through this
quantitative technique of data collection as well.
Primary and secondary methods
In this research project, primary and secondary both data collection methods will be used.
Primary data collection method mainly helps in collecting data through interviews and field
observation. On the other side, secondary data collection method helps in collecting required
data through books & journals, financial statements, customer bills, internet, magazines, articles,
newspapers etc. Both collection methods will definitely play great role in this research project
which has based on ‘Human resources facilitate the hiring process – give equal chances’.
Sampling
In the sampling stage of research project, there are two sampling techniques are available
called probably sampling technique and non-probably sampling technique. Both plays an
effective role in a research project. But in existing research project, random sampling technique
will be used, because this technique give opportunity to take random sample for collecting data,
like; a product, an employee, a worker etc. (Chowhan, Pries and Mann, 2017). In this project, an
interview will be conducted with random employees of NHS with the support of this random
sampling technique. Basically, this technique will support in choosing 10 random employees of
NHS for collecting required data which has based on hiring process of human resource
management.
Ethical considerations
There will be all ethical considerations has followed in this research project. For
example; there will such questions be never asked which can harm emotions and dignity of those
random employees which will be a part of research project’s interview session. Some legal
considerations also will be adhered in this project to maintain ethical environment within
activities of research. Suppose, data will be not stolen of any other researcher. In the interview
session, an employee has full right to secure its privacy. There will be no any force has imposed
on employeesfor giving any answer.

Rationale
The main reason behind choosing topic is to identify those all aspects which has based on
human resources. NHS can’t survive in the market without effective human resources. When this
project will be completed, then various health care service providers can easily understand that,
how human resource department play its great role in improving service quality. This research
project will promote equality and diversity within health and social care, because this project can
show role of human resource management in giving equal chances to different candidates in
hiring process (Whitaker and et.al., 2018). An interview also will be conducted in this research
project with random employees of the NHS. Data which will be collected through NHS
employees is highly contributing successfully complete this research project.
Data collection and analysis
This is the stage within this research project where required data will be collected and
analysed. Those all methods and techniques will be used in this stage. There will be a productive
questionnaire made which has included those all questions which interviewers will ask to
random employees of NHS. Currently there are some productive data analysis techniques
available which can support in this research project to perfectly analysing collected data. Data
analysis is very important task within a research project, because when any researcher properly
analyses collected data, then it will be able to remove such from research file which are muck
realistic and meaningful. There is data analysis process helps in marinating a logicalness within
collected data, because when a reader read that research project, them that reader will be able to
learn something from existing research project.
These all data collection methods and techniques has mentioned in research methodology
can give great advantages andbenefit within this existing research project. Currently there are
mentioned data collection methods and techniques enough to collect required data in this
research project. On the other side, there are data analysis techniques also plays great role in
systematically analysing collected data (Roh, Heo and Whang, 2019). Sometimes there are some
wrong and illogical data also has collected in a research project, so through data analysis
techniques, existing research project will be included only logical and meaningful data. There are
logical and meaningful data is highly required to turn an ordinary research project into an

effective research project. Currently various data verification tools are also available in the
market which can contributes in making this project more effective and logical. That’s why data
collection and data analysis methods, tools and techniques will play great role in this research
project.
Research project and outcome
This research project which has based on ‘Human resources facilitate the hiring process -
give equal chances’ will be provide various information about extra-ordinary role of HRM
(human resource management) within an organisation. Currently NHS can properly run its
business without effective HRM practices, in which this project will support to different
businesses to make their human resource management practices more effective. Reason is, this
research project will be inlucded such data which show importance of HRM’s hiring process. On
the other side, this project will teach to different business and companies for giving equal
chances to candidates in their hiring processes. Currently human resource managementwithin
many businesses not behave equally with various candidates in their hiring processes. They not
give equal chance to all candidates for getting jobs. In this situation, this research project will
promote equality and diversity within hiring process of different companies and businesses.
Answers and opinions of NHS’s random employees will be included in this project, so by
analysing this project anyone can learn that, equality within hiring process highly impact
different employees within workplace. Data which will be collected in this project promote
ethical consideration also within HRM practices of health and social care management (Neuman,
2016). HR management at any business or company need or maintain an ethical environment
within their hiring processes, because when any HRM properly maintains ethical environment,
then it will be able to give equal chance to all candidates in hiring processes. In this situation,
existing research project will also teach and inform this same to different organisations.
Currently each business or company is investing very huge fund for researching different aspects
of their human resource management, in which this project will help them for understanding
actual role of HRM in the hiring processes. Some major aspects of HRM practices also will be
included in this report. For example; different opinions of employee which will be based on
