of the children as well as adults and old people. Proper food and nutrition including vegetables
and fruits is essential for developing physical capacity of individual and also intake of milk, juice
is important for healthy physical development. The cognitive development means developing
thinking, understanding, and reasoning among children and adults. It increases intellectual
development and innovation among children. It helps them in developing surroundings and
implement plans and fulfilling them. It focuses on people of different age groups differently and
make them improve their perceptions, thinking. It develops deductive reasoning and logical
reasoning in them.
The social- emotional development means the way people connect to each other and
express and understand each other's emotions. It focuses on managing strong emotions and
increase emotional stability among individuals, to regulate their behaviour and making
them,emotional stable, and make them deal with their emotions. This domain includes child
growth and help them in understanding emotions and controlling them. This not only deals with
understanding own emotions but also what others are feeling. It helps people in developing
attachments to others and to interact with them nicely. This domain develops ability to
cooperate,and use moral reasoning and help child to develop self awareness and knowledge . It
also help them in maintaining the temperament of the child.
