Introduction
There are various factors which cause the migration of
people. The migration refers to the movement of people
with intention of settling or getting citizenship of the
country. From the ancient times the migration is being
followed.

Background
From the time of colonisation, the UK, is preferred country
for migration. The UK is being preferred due to its strong
allies with other country. The UK owns the strong economic
and financial power as compared with other countries. The
aim of conducting this research is to highlight the impact of
migration on the UK economy.

• Concept of the immigration
The immigration refers to the process of migrating
to new country. The immigration occurs due to various
reasons. The pull factors of that country attracts the people
to become citizen of that country and contribute to the
development of that country.

There are certain factors which cause the movement
of the people. These push and pull factors are the reason of
movement. The push factors are the forces which makes an
person to leave country of origin. The pull factors are the
forces which attracts an individual to settle in that place.

Summary
The immigration never affects one sided, the impact is
always dual. Based in case of UK the immigration resulted
in year 2006-2008 negatively which made the government
to revise their immigration rules and laws. Such as, recently
the Trump government made stronger visa rules in order to
lower the immigration curve.

The secondary source is used to analyse the research
objectives. As, the reliability and accuracy of the secondary
sources is higher as compared to the primary sources. This
research demanded the responses from various sources for
this the secondary source is being used.

Conclusion
The immigration results in positive and negative impact on
any country’s economy. Every country maintains the
equilibrium level in immigration level. When the
immigration results negatively they increase the requisite
conditions which require the immigrant firstly to fulfil
those conditions.
