The given topic has been selected for the purpose of the analysis because it will help in
the study of the different factors which have the overall capacity to attract the different people to
the jobs. The jobs can be described as the work which is usually done in offices and
organizations and the different factors attracting people to work can be monetary needs,
satisfaction, and utilization of skills, social engagement and overall need to rise in the
organization ladder amongst the others. Hence, the section will analyze the Probability sampling
as well as the non-Probability sampling to decide the manner in which both could be used to find
the solutions to the problems could be understood relevantly.
Probability sampling
 Collection of data from probability sampling: Yes, in such a scenario, it is possible to
collect the data from the target audience as the target audience can be considered to be
the crowd which is eligible to taken in the different jobs, whichever category to which
they belong.
 Sampling frame: A sampling frame may be a bit difficult to formulate as it depends on
the country which shall be targeted for the collection of the data (Saunders and
Townsend 2016).
 Considering non probability sampling: As it is difficult to decide upon the sampling
frame for the study, conducting the non-probability sampling will be more appropriate,
