The role of a manger in a clinical healthcare setting plays a significant role in the delivery
of quality health care services to their patients.The management staff in the hospitals develop
several strategies and measures that is very crucial in preventing the general public from
getting infected with different types of health diseases.They provide various nursing
interventions and provide healthcare facilities such as high class equipment facilities, pre
operative and post operative care. They also provide patient satisfaction by providing good care
to patients and also their family members (Sabatino et al. 2014). The health manager faces
several types of problems in making improvement in the management strategies in a hospital.
These problems may include a lack of proper knowledge in the nurses in evidence based practice
that is nursing. It is important to convince the employees that a positive change is crucial to
improve the workplace performance in the organization. It is important for the higher authorities
to empower and support their staff inorder to improve the performance of employees in the
workplace in evidence based practice that is nursing (Hernandez, Morgan and Parshall, 2016).

electronic systems is that it helps in finalizing a decision and improves treatment.

management requires dividing each group of staffs for each role which will help in proper
