applications very frequently. Entities are providing mobile services to the users that supports in
accessing CRM system in the workplace. By this way corporation are developing good
relationship with their users and managing them well. That enhances profit of the firms to great
extent.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGIES
Research design:
It is qualitative research study Kvale and Brinkmann, 2014 has states that such type of
design allows scholar to measure the variables of the study. According to du Plessis and Van
Niekerk, 2014 by preparing the questionnaire investigator can gather in depth accurate
information about the subject matter and can prepare a good report.

sample. They all belong from different departments, they can describe better about implications
of advancement in the business. Sampling technique has bee used in the study is stratified. As
per the view of Eliasson, 2016 when population or sample is divided into subgroups according to
some variables then it may give good results to the researcher.
Data collection
Data is being collected by the scholar from managers of Hilton hotel, participants have
filled the questions within stipulated time period. Initially there were poor response rate and then
researcher has modified the questionnaire and then respondents have given accurate information
to the scholar. Apart from this investigator has used some secondary data also through this
individual become able to get in-depth information about the subject matter.
Data analyses
Close ended data analyses
Researcher has used the thematic analyses tool for analyzing the data effectively. Isaacs,
2014 has explained that it is the great technique and graphs and charts can help in preparing a
good report. It does not create any confusions and help in conducting the study in effective
manner. As per the view of Eliasson, 2016 when thematic analysis is the way that can give fast
and accurate results about the subject matter.
Open ended data analyses
For analyzing the open ended data researcher has used various software such as excel that
has supported in getting the good results.
Reliability and validity of study
Validity is the measuring tool that whether research has give good results or not. The
questionnaire was prepared on the bases of conceptual framework of Martens, Halkier and Pink,

request of scholar. Investigator has not forced any participates to fill the questionnaire, individual
has just convey the aim and requested for giving their point of view about the subject matter. All
data are collected from reliable sources and they are accurate and practically applicable by the
organizations (Brammen and et.al, 2017).
Research limitation
Response rate of fist group was very low and respondents have no given correct
information. During conducting the study on advancement in business, there were fewer
managers were present in the Hilton hotel so it was very difficult for the researcher to select the
samples (Eliasson, 2016). Time was the major limitation of the research and in such less time it

CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that inclusion of open ended and close ended
questions can support in getting correct information from participants. They can express their
feeling openly. Report has discussed about advancement in business can as technological
advancement, consumers feedback etc. hey all can help in the growth of the organization. By this
