Limitations
Limitations for the study would be ideally be based on a case study, further research from
the internet and a possible survey, which I believe is critical and will show the impact and
necessities (Minten, 2010).
Also, research tends to stop and being made freely available as there are costs involved for
courses and getting information based on entrepreneurs selling methods, technology, and
information not being available without a certain cost associated with it (Managing
Hospitality Human Resources, 2012). With this being said I think it is important and yet
critical to complete a case study for this to have a better understanding of the future market
and methods that can be created, adapted and explored within the interested field.
Objective
A case study needs to be done on the different and new ways of how employees have more
freedom to work from anywhere, traveling away from the office to ensure adequate
productivity, waste management, and financials can be reduced as well for training staffs who
can never be present or very little present with the technology available. The case study
would involve the newly aged requirement for employees outside offices and how to
maintain them which is of vital importance (Naidu & Chand, 2014).
