INTRODUCTION
Reflection in academic writing is an important aspect wherein an individual analyse
as well as reflect on their learnings and experience from an event. Academic reflective
writing calls for critical and analytic concept, a clear line of argument, and using evidence via
examples of personal stories and thoughts and frequently additionally theoretical literature
(Brooks, Lainio and Lažetić, 2020). Reflecting facilitates to develop capabilities and
evaluation the effectiveness, in place of just carry on doing matters as they have usually
achieved them. It is ready questioning, in a high-quality manner, what they do and why they
do it after which determining whether there may be a better, or greater green, way of doing it
within the future.
MAIN BODY
I got a chance to undertake a research report on the impact of motivation on
performance of the organisation. We had to complete a project wherein I had to collect data
from the different sources so as to complete the project in an effective manner. I have learned
that motivation plays an important in enhancing the overall performance of an organization.
While undertaking the project, I analysed that there are different factors that can affect the
overall level of performance as well as motivation of the employees. I have learned that while
undertaking a research project, it is important for the researcher to refer to the different
sources of information in an effective manner. during my overall learning journey, I acquired
many new skills as well as got a chance to enhance my existing knowledge. I think that I will
be able to implement all of my learnings to various practical situations in an effective
manner. Communication between the researcher as well as the respondents is very important
to ensure that the research is conducted in an effective manner and that the results that are
obtained, are also appropriate as well as effective.
Kolb's reflective model is also known as experiential learning (Chatzichristos and
Nagopoulos, 2020). The basis for this model is our personal enjoy, that is then reviewed,
analysed and evaluated systematically in three ranges. Once this method has been undergone
absolutely, the new reports will form the place to begin for another cycle. There are four
different stages of the respective model. I can say that undertaking this research has helped
me in enhancing the overall skills as well as enhancing my overall knowledge. Initially while
undertaking the research, I was worried and I thought that I wont be able to complete the

same. And therefore, I tried to take help from my tutor as well as the team members. This
helped me in completing the research project in an effective manner.
It's often easier to see the construction of Kolb's learning styles in terms of a two-by-two
matrix. Each learning style represents a combination of two preferred styles.
I also learned that it is important to note that the employees worked for the company.
They must be rewarded for the work done by them. It is seen that the bought force must be
given recognition and must be honoured according to their work. It is important to give them
recognition that they deserve. The employees work with extra effort if they are rewarded.
Reward are the monetary benefits that are given to employees. They are in the form of trips
or vouchers that encourage employees to work better. I want to implement all the learnings as
well as skills that I have developed to any practical situation. Other things that I have learned
are that There's direct effect of leaders in motivation of the employer. Plays a key role in
guiding the employees as well as honouring them for the work that they've performed. The
leader of the business enterprise will help to carry the loyal personnel and inspire the
employees in order that they are capable of perform higher (Peek and et.al., 2020). A chief is
familiar with the personnel in addition to makes effort to encourage them. raining and
development enhance the opportunity is being to be had. The employees were greater
confident and prompted when they have accurate knowledge. They are capable of make
contributions efficiently to the place of business and work with complete interest. The
employees are capable of paintings and gain dreams and objectives in an powerful way. It is
seen that there is want of proper schooling and improvement in order that they may be
capable of obtain fulfillment. It is necessary to provide training on regular foundation so that
they are capable of reap the goals and targets.
Research strategy is vital part for performing gift studies. Moreover, there are two
styles of research incorporating quantitative and qualitative. Both are vital however with a
view to carry out this studies, quantitative studies has been utilised. The key reason for
utilising quantitative types of investigation because it renders them to build up information in
statistical form. I have gained knowledge that problem solving skills can help you locate
candidates who're cognitively geared up to address some thing their jobs throw at them.
Problem solvers can study, decide, and act speedy while problems stand up after they
inevitably do.

From the above report, it can be concluded that reflection is an important aspect for a
person as it helps them to learn as well as analyse their learnings in an effective manner. I
have learned about the importance as well as impact of motivation on the performance of the
company. This can also help the organization to achieve its goals as well as objectives in an
effective manner. also, there are different models of reflection that can be implemented in
order to develop an understanding of the earnings as well as experience from an event.
