Introduction
The project initiates to design a person development plan via assessing the weaknesses of
students. Therefore, in this, SWOT analysis is considered to conducting self-assessment in which
strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats are determined. After that, an effective personal
development plan is initiates to overcome the weaknesses effectively.
Self-assessment plan:
Self-assessment is an effective system to evaluate own capabilities and the weaknesses to
finding a path to resolve them effectively (Vlados, 2019). However, for conducing self-
assessment SWOT analysis is considered, as the descriptive of SWOT is associated as below:

Strength: Strength is recognised as the power for me and my major strength is my learning
ability as I am having the capability of catching things so easily and this aid benefits for me to
effectively understand the subject manner. Communication is the another strength of mine and
this helps me throughout the project.

Weaknesses: This reflects my weak points on which I need to work, my major weakness is the
suitable idea of using research methodology, developing questionnaire and using SPSS in the
practical implementation of research.
Opportunities: The major opportunity for me of attending events physically is that, I can use my
catching ability to gain suitable idea from the personal of the motivator and I can also gather
revenant information that supports me to attempt my project effectively. Furthermore,
communication ability also helps me to make suitable interaction with others and helps me to
gain more knowledge with establishing relation with supervisors, mentors and co-students.
Threats: The lack of idea and knowledge in relation to the aspect of methodology, questionnaire
and SPSS can create issue for me to completing my project requirements and I might not able to
complete the project within provided time duration. In addition to this, this also affects my
academic records as well.

From the above mentioned SWOT analysis, it has been identified that there are three areas
where I am weak. These areas are research methodology, designing questionnaire and using
SPSS. I am not good in these areas that negatively impacted on my career growth (Dahmarde,
Khodabakhshi and Rad, 2018). In order to over this, I make Personal development plan. This
