BRR Technology Network System: MN691 Research Project Proposal

This project proposal, part of the MN691 Research Methods and Project Design course, outlines a plan to transform BRR Technology's report writing process from traditional methods to a digital platform. The project addresses inefficiencies in current practices, including unprofessional approaches and issues with data assessment. The research aims to understand the importance of this transformation, focusing on cyber security, system development, UI/UX performance, and the needs of clients, users, and administrators. The analysis will use qualitative data collection and review peer-reviewed journals to enhance data authenticity. The proposed network system will connect the maintenance, administration, and financial departments, streamlining workflows and incorporating a spare parts list. The research seeks to provide a more efficient and secure system for report generation and communication within BRR Technology.

1. Problem domain and research questions
Research Question
Research Question 1: What are the disadvantages that are faced due to
the traditional style of writing reports?
Research Question 2: Which network platform is to be used for
performing the assessment of the communication process?
Research Question 3: What are the components that are to be used for
the processing of execution of the system development?
Problem to be addressed
The problem that is considered in this case is that there are severe
issues in the processing of the traditional writing strategies. There has
been high level of unprofessional approach in execution project. There
have been issues in performing signature of the engineers, leading to the
fact that improper assessing of the details have been reducing the details
of the project. This has been affecting the functioning process of BRR
Technology. Writing service of engineers have been acting as the major
issue in the functional process. This includes the fact that proper
assessment of data regarding maintenance department is not made in a
proper manner. There has been a spare part that will be including the
sectioning of acts as excess. This acts as a wastage in the process.
Initially maintenance workflow has been one of the major aspect that acts
as a problem that is required to be addressed. Creation of a proper
infrastructure of network system as per its requirement has also been

acting as a major problem. Improper structuring of administration
department has also been acting as a problem that is to be dealt with in
this case.
Research Goal
Research goal of this report is to understand the importance of
transformation process from the traditional report writing style to the
way that induces digital platform which will be including proper
assessment of the infrastructure that is to be implemented for this
transformational phase in case of BRR technologies. Proper researching
regarding cyber security in the networking system as per the
management systems has also been important. Understanding the
process of system development and implementation process that is to be
included in case of the reported network and hence wise provide
management systems. Proper understanding the utility of the UI/UX
performance in commencing the transformation is also considered in this
case. Proper discussion regarding the clients, users and access points
that will be available to the admins have been a prime research goal of
the project. Discussing regarding the platform system has also been
acting as a major research goal that will be inducing proper commencing
of the project.
Analysis
The analysis method that is used in completion of the project
includes qualitative data collection and data analysis. In this case peer
reviewed journals are taken into consideration. Proper knowledge
regarding the transformational phases that will be present while shifting

from tradition writing service to digital writing process will be gained.
Data collection will be made with the help of the peer reviewed journals
for reducing the issues regarding copyright and hence wise increasing
the authenticity of the data that are provided.
