The report will be discussing a person personal growth and achievements which the person
needs to improve so that they can grow as a person in the field which is liked by them. The
person which will be discussed in the report has done his degree in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering from Ipcowala Institute which flying colours in the field, and he also has a lot of
experience in his field which is a great advantage for the person. There are a lot of experiences
this person wants to collect so that he can become a master in the field. The report is going to
cover the persons continuous development, achievement and learning log and project proposal.
PART 1- CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The professional life of the person is very good because he has met a lot of professions when
he was working with Atlanta Electrical P. Ltd. Company which is manufacturing power,
distribution and special type transformers which is the field of the person who has gone there for
experience and there is a lot of learning for4 the person. It is very important for the person to get
a lot of experience in the field before he starts working professionally because there are a lot of
job opportunities in front of the person and experience will help the person top grow more
(Lazar, Feng and Hochheiser, 2017).
The strengths of the person who is interested in power engineering in the subjects of
distribution and transmission it is very good that there is an experience that the person has gained
not just from the internship he has attended but from a lot of other factors in the world which will
help the person to grow when he gets a job which is satisfactory (Coolican, 2017). The weakness
of the person is that he is not willing to look at the other options in his life therefore he needs to
get more and more experience in just the field of power and distribution but there is a need of
having the skills of cost management from the mentors side as well which he is not focused on,
but he just wants to learn how this field is operating which can be a great weakness for him in the

Data collection: data collection is used to collect data or information related to the research topic
in order to be analysed. There are two types of data primary and secondary. For this research,
researcher will be using both primary and secondary data. Secondary data will be collected from
articles, journals, online portals etc. Whereas primary data will be collected from a survey where
a questionnaire consisting of few questions will be distributed to the respondents in order to
collect primary data to be analysed.
Data analysis: It is a kind of method which is used to analyse data collected in order to reach to a
conclusion (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015). For this research researcher will be using

interpretation methods and analysis methods. There are three main types of research approaches
that are used in research project such as: inductive, deductive and abductive research approach.
Deductive approach focuses on rejection or conformation of formed hypothesis (Fleming and
Koppelman, 2016). Inductive approach focuses on formation of new theory and abductive
approach is used when incomplete observations comes into picture. For this research study
research will be choosing inductive research approach as it will help the researcher to propose a
new theory at the end of the research with the help of formation of aim, objectives and research
objectives.
Research strategy: In order to complete the research in a better manner with appropriate results
qualitative research strategy will be used by the researcher. Using this strategy primary data will
be collected with the help of survey in which few questions will be asked from the respondents.
This survey will help the researcher to collect and analyse others point of view on the basis of
which final results can be analysed in order to achieve desired aim and objective.
Research design: It is a collection of methods that are mainly used for research variable
collection and analysis of a specific research problem or issue. There are three types of research
design: exploratory, descriptive and casual. Exploratory design is used to generate insight of the
situation, descriptive is used (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Descriptive design is used
to describe cause, elements and phenomena of the research and casual design is used to explain
cause and effect relationship within the study. For this research, researcher will be using
exploratory research design as it helps in gaining insight of the research topic in a more detailed
manner.
