Reflective CPD (Continuous Professional Development)
Introduction –
In personal development plan for future dissertation, I will focus about the different
actions that perform in proper manner. This will help for me to improve my academic
development and also help in career progression. Usually, I will focus on make an efficient plan
once completely my degree. As personal growth, I will be doing SWOT analysis, I would like to
accomplish and journey map of where I see myself in future dissertation.
About Myself -
Currently, I am studied in undergraduate, pursing a MSC in computing or cyber security.
I am always curious about to learn new things, which is motivating or inspiring to achieve own
career goals. At the time of Graduation, I was thinking about the academic goals and link to my
career. After university, I will make a plan to go back into college and doing hair dressing
courses as that will help to get new opportunities in career development. Main target for me to
manage all kind of information and data within appropriate manner.
Personal SWOT Analysis
It is one of the most common method that helps for identifying the current strength and
weakness on personal level. It is helping for me to determine area where needed to the
improvement in regards of career development (Henry and Namhla, 2020). It is simple format
and easy to apply structure without any support.
Strength-
The strength for me is a professional qualification in the field of computing, which is
always supports for understanding the expertise requires in any field or area. I have an ability to
analyse the current situation and make an important decision.

Weakness-
I have been analysed that there are certain weakness which may feel nervous, de-
motivated at the time of task execution such as poor communication, in-efficiency with time
reporting. These are consider the weakness that may directly or indirectly affecting my
performance in future research development.
Threat-
According to me, the biggest threat is own fear which may reduce the confidence level.
In some situation, it is also developing a major threat in the career enhancement.
Opportunities-
I have focused on the better opportunity and use various kind of modern technology that
help for me to improve skill and gain knowledge. Usually, I should consider online tool such as
social media networking, e-book and article. This is completely helping to gain more
opportunity.
Objectives
My short term goal is to build career in research Dissertation and learning how to use
different information or data. As well as becoming better way to utilise my time and then
identified the relevant information after leaving university. On the other hand, My long term goal
is to gain knowledge which help for achieving a best position. After 5-10 years, I would hope for
achieved a things.
Current Experiences
In recently, I am pursuing MSC degree in computing and gained a lot of knowledge this
field area. My personal experience is state of mind to get accomplish a tasks. Sometimes, I will
be doing assignment in particular subject. For me, it is become motivated and think for enhance
my career in specific direction (Rahyasih, Hartini and Syarifah, 2020). To keep me on monitor or
track with what I am doing or finding informative list. A great motivation towards career
enhancement that help me to get going on the tasks. This is not enough but I always putting more
efforts to establish understanding towards concepts.

In my personal experience, it is an essential for improving certain kind of skills, which help for
me to improve own ability in future research development.

Log-1 what is own research interest
My research interest towards Cloud computing, which is completely based on the modern
technology. Usually, I have inspire or motivated towards new technique and their involvement in
different areas or place. That’s why, I have been selected the topic related Green computing,
identify that how it become useful for providing energy efficient approach and environment
friendly solution for organisations. Initially, I have been tried to improve own knowledge in
regards of green computing and identify their processes which help for reducing emission of
Co2. During my academic, I have been chosen computing related topic and afterwards gather a
lot of information or data from different sources.

Log-3 Personality and learning style
I have been analysed that own personality and learning style on the basis of particular
traits such as ESTJ (Extraversion, sensing, thinking and Judging). These are considered as
important aspect for identifying my feeling, strong ability to being out the best thing. Sometimes,
I have taken some responsibility and duties that important for me to gain knowledge of tradition.
It is highly motivate and inspire for me to handle any kind of mental exhausted or inflexible.
On the basis of evaluation, I am becoming introversion which perceived as quitter and more
reflective than extravert. I am very sensible person to handle the complex situation in proper
manner. Moreover, I have found that sometime, I will take some decision in regards on the basis
of feeling. Therefore, it is very hard for me to make quick decision. In context of judging, I
always focused on the specific planned and then complete any tasks with proper organised
manner.

As I have been shared own experience about the research study analysis, usually, I am
going to identify suitable information or data that help for me to find appropriate solution. Being
experience research development, it become great opportunity for me to learn a new thing in
green computing. I also thought that it helping to enhance my career in Information technology.
Sometimes, I have been realised that innovative technology inspire or motivate on regular basis.

been accessed various sources such as online e-book, journals, article (Rahyasih, Hartini and
Syarifah, 2020). These kind of sources are providing the brief idea about the research topic,
because there are various people already done their research study on computing topic.
Therefore, it help for me to gain some brief analysis and identify needs for implementing
innovative thing in research. Sometimes, it is also recorded all revenant data within library and
database. Afterwards, it easier for accessing relevant data at any time.

Log-7 Mind map of research
In my personal experience, Mind Mapping is one of the important process that help for writing
central idea and thinking up a new or related idea. Basically, I have been used Mind map in
computing research study and identifying the importance of Green computing concept, where
how it will be resolving the issue of emission of Co2, reduction of unpolluted environment. As
per analysis, I have been analysed that importance of Mind map of research, categorising each
branches as research processes.
It has been shown Mind map of research project where performing the each and every phases in
proper manner. Collecting the data from different resources, analysing the usefulness in the
research for finding accurate result or outcome.

Log-8 Research Reading Log
Before starting the research development, I have been used the research reading log such
as journals, where a person who can record his or her reading activities. The reason for reading
log is that already existence of research topic or subject. So as I have decided to read about
different research logs and great thing to summarise what are the importance in specific fields.
In some of cases, I have been concerned about the research reading log and reflect on
their volume on particular topic. This is helping to me a setup specific goals and try to stretch
their reading lives and develop as a great leader.
