Research Aim: “Impact of high employment turnover on productivity of an organization”.
Introduction
Employment turnover refers to the number of employees who leave the company after a
particular period of time. High employment turnover is not considered favorable for the
company. It directly affects the market image of a business entity in a profound way. To gain
success in longer run, it is imperative to maintain lower employment turnover (Hijzen, Mondauto
and Scarpetta, 2017). The main aim of present study is to assess the impact of employment
turnover on productivity of a company. For completion of present study Deloitte is taken into
consideration. It is a well-known organization which deals in finance, accounting and offer
effective financial services to the clients. Further, it will also cover the strategies that are used by
Deloitte to minimize the turnover of employees in an efficient manner.

To gain knowledge about the concept and reasons of high employment turnover in
context of organization.

of Deloitte.
To examine the strategies used by Deloitte to decline employment turnover within the
organization.

Methodology
It signifies the tools as well as techniques adopted by the researcher for completion of
research project in timely manner. Here, several steps are taken by the investigator so that the

entire research work can be completed in timely manner. In this regard the elements of research
methodology are mentioned below:
Research approach: Research approaches are the significant part of research work. It
includes various steps so that the pre-defined research goals can be completed successfully.
Basically, research approaches are considered as the plan which consist various steps to complete
a project work in an efficient manner (Ndlovu-Gatsheni, 2019). It is classified in two parts:
deductive and inductive. In current context, deductive approach is taken into consideration as it
is useful in terms of collecting and analyzing information in numerical form. In addition, it is
also helpful in terms of receiving authentic results for future betterment.
Research Design: It is one of the most crucial elements of research methodology. It
includes ample of ways use by the marketers to collect necessary amount of data. An appropriate
design makes the research enable to select a suitable design to complete the research work
successfully (Seehawer, 2018). In research work, several research designs can be used such as
experimental, survey, co relational, descriptive and more. For present project work, descriptive
research design has been chosen as it is useful in gathering detailed information on a particular
topic.
Research methods: Research methods refers various steps which are adopted to collect,
analyze as well as interpret the data in an efficient manner. The majorly used research methods
are qualitative and quantitative. In context of qualitative method, detailed information is gathered
by the researcher. On other side, quantitative method is based on collecting and analyzing
numerical information in an appropriate way.
Participants: Participants are selected by researcher through appropriate techniques.
Selecting suitable participants is imperative to get appropriate outcomes in the future period of
time. Probability and non-probability are the two methods of selecting samples (Park, 2017). In
current context, participants have been selected through probability sampling. Here, equal
opportunities are granted to each and every unit to become a part of sample.

Ethical consideration
To complete a project fairly, it is imperative to follow the necessary ethical principles in
an efficient manner. By following ethical consideration, it is possible to complete the research
study successfully. In current context, major ethical considerations are elaborated below:
Respect for the autonomy, privacy and dignity of individuals and communities:
During the research work, there is requirement to respect the autonomy, privacy of individuals.
To protect the privacy, it is imperative to keep the data safe and secure (Baysal, Sari and Erdem,
2019). For this purpose, the information taken from the respondents will be kept confidential so
that any other unauthorized person cannot get the access of such information. This principle is
also useful in order to protect the dignity of individuals and community efficiently.
Scientific integrity: In terms of scientific integrity, the information will be kept safe by
different software and tools. Here, researcher will keep the information secure and will not share
it with any other outside party (Koh and Villacis, 2019). Following scientific integrity will
facilitate authenticity in research project so that the pre-defined research goals can be
accomplished significantly.
Social responsibility: Here, researcher is responsible for maximum benefits of all the
parties which are involved in the research work. It is the responsibility of an investigator to
protect the individuals as well as organization. In addition the research will also contribute in
upliftment of society by maximizing employment opportunities in an efficient manner. Through
the research work, investigator can easily minimize the employment turnover for the betterment
of entire society.
Maximizing benefits and minimizing harm: By conducting the existing project work, it
is possible to control the issue of employment turnover. High employment turnover not only
hampers the brand image of company but also affects employees in psychological manner. Here,
employees are not likely to adjust in new environment promptly (Price, Collier and Wright,
2018). The present research work is helpful in terms of identifying suitable ways to minimize the
employment turnover with an aim to ensure the growth and upliftement of the overall society.
