 According to the Simmonds and et.al., (2016) Obesity in UK is a significant
contemporary health concern with the authorities stating that it is one of the leading
preventable causes of death.
 It is the medical conditions that occurs when an individual carries excess body fat or
weight that may influenced their health

 There are many symptoms of obesity like
breathing disorder, depression, aching knees,
high blood pressure, backache, depression, skin

before or during obesity.
