within workplace that is affecting their performance in the restaurant. Through facing such issues
the company is striving to maintain its leading position to offer highest quality and freshly
prepared food within quick service restaurant industry (Bunchalieo, Ongkunaruk &
Puthpongsiriporn, 2018).
Scope of Problem
