According to the analysis of various information I prepared a presentation of research
proposal of selected topic. But during the time of preparing specific project and presentation I
faced lot of challenges regarding skills which includes communication, IT, decision making and
others. Because at that time I am not good in these skills and due to facing weakness in these
skills I am not able to complete my task in time (Avena-Koenigsberger, Misic and Sporns, 2018).
For preparing the research proposal effectively I used Gibb’s reflective model in this report
which is described below –
The Gibb’s reflective model is basically a frame work which is used by every individual for
sharing a learning experience. This reflective model was developed by Graham Gibb’s in 1988
and it consist of basically six stages. First one is description, the research proposal is based on
specific topic such as technology which is highly beneficial for students in their study. Second
one is feeling, here during the time of preparing research proposal I faced difficulties for
applying my skills effectively such as creativity, communication etc. In aspect of creativity I did
not idea about graphics and animations which create negative effect on my performance. Due to
poor communication I am not able coordinate properly with my team members regarding
collecting data. Third one is evaluation and here during the time of research proposal I learned
so many things and I improved my skills effectively. For example, during the time of preparing
research proposal I understand that in which way animations are applied in the form of creativity.
Because IT or creativity skills are highly important for attract the focus of the audience in large
number in aspect of providing meaningful knowledge to them. Fourth one is analysis here for
reducing the various types of challenges of me and my team member’s information technology
are used for completing the research proposal and other task in quick manner in any situation. In
today’s time information technology are highly essential for sharing information’s quickly
between multiple users. The fifth one is conclusion, here the all over activities of the team are

fully described such as gathering data, use of reliable content in research proposal and so on (Li,
and Chapman, 2020). The sixth one is action plan and in this stage I finally prepared the
effective presentation of my selected topic successfully. In final word I want to say that for me
preparing research proposal or topic is very good experience.
