Organisational Behaviour theories refers to understand behaviour and how employees
interact in the organisation (Bahl and Kesharwani, 2018). With the help of this theory the company
can able to develop and increase its efficiency with productivity. The theory applies different
principles of interaction with the employee management to analyse gender, race and internal and
external factor that affects the decision making. In this report the discussion will be on the
servant leadership and its comparison with other leadership styles. Study will be on the servant
leadership helps organisational growth. Further the study will analyse principles and effective
leadership. Last but not least the instance that reflect the organisational culture, ethics or social in
concern of leadership style.

themselves to the employee of organisation. The positive effects of leadership style to the
organisation are all the decisions in the company are based on the team leaders not on the
corporate in includes entire organisation. Leadership encourages the empathy in decision making
according to the dynamic environment. Negative effects of the leadership is the decision taken in
the organisation takes longer timer due to research in corporate and understand different
perspective which makes the decision making process slow. This leaders ship requires the
retraining of employee , as mangers, supervisors and executives not know the way how to think
due to which the organisation has to spend more money on the retraining of personnel as how to
think in ways that organisation requires(Broome, Izura and Lorenzo-Dus, 2018).
DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP: In this leadership style the leader involve the
members to participate in the decision making in the organisation. The positive effects of
democratic leadership is the company able to get the solution of the complex problem faced by
the organisation as the members give their suggestions and ideas to decrease the complexity of
the problem. Strong team builds with the help of the democratic leaders as the leaders initiate the
member to give their opinion and grievance which improves the communication in the
organisation. Negative effects of democratic leadership is it creates the conflicts and crises and
the functions performed by the leaders are not in authoritarian role. Another con is, in

feedback of the senior mangers which enhance the organisation to take decision faster. Another
positive effect is it handles the crises situation as the expertise leaders solves the problem of the
crises. Cons of the autocratic leadership style is that it leads the organisation to micro
management, the leaders often are not able to concern about the each and every supervisor work
management properly done in the organisation. When this happen the company decreases its
productivity. With this leadership the the worker is not able to get the sense of ownership in the
organisation because all the credit goes to the leader(Harni, 2018).

better communication in the organisation is creating the healthy environment for the employee in
the company. Through communication the leaders build the public relationship within the
organisation. The negative effects is when the organisation follows the poor channel of the
communication it leads to decrease the productivity of the company and also decreases the

organisation it creates the hurdles for the employee to convey their problems to the higher
authority due to which the employee lacks confidence in work. The servant leadership style does

the organisation the company able to understand the needs and requirement that employee wants
from its leaders.

ignore about long term object which enable the company develop in the better manner.

are on the leaders. Leaders faces more challenges for the growth and betterment of

achieves its objective.
