INTRODUCTION
The COVID 19 pandemic occurred caused drastic effect over economic stability within
the country. It caused adverse effect upon health and economic conditions within the country.
This outbreak become more dangerous due to its transferable rate which impacted society
through its functioning. This made doctors and health expert develop Personal Protective
Equipment which helped in protecting user against the health and safety risk that has been
exposed to workers. The research work is based upon policies of health care developed and plan
made by the government in relation over usage of PPE policy helping in dealing with the
outbreak. Also its impact over health care professionals reflected within the paper. Further, the
paper explains about aspects in relation to PPE and effectiveness during COVID 19 pandemic.
Also its two articles covered which explains about the topic in more detail.

Introduction of topic
The PPE policy of United Kingdom is related to personal protective equipment which are
helpful in development of a strategy. The government and authorities of UK needs to meet their
duties of planning and implementing the PPE policy through which they can ensure safety of
health care and other professional who are are exposed to virus. This makes safety and security
over professional within workplace(Joshi, Tyagi and Agarwal, 2021). These policies are helpful
in making sure that low transmission of virus has been done. The PPE kit means those equipment
and safety measures which has been used in order to prevent and safeguard professional risk in
relation to virus transmission within workplace. Also it has helped in making personal protective
equipment having risk of transmission in relation to COVID 19 virus that is hazardous but can be
avoided easily. These kits has been developed by various countries and also policies regarding it
has been formed over long term growth within country.
The medical facilities has been improving day by day which made support of government
with its policies. Personal protective kits are based over major sources for developing protection
to medical partitioner. The country makes development done in relation to welfare community
which helps government in developing different safety measures and guidelines making
regulation over using PPE kits within workplace which has been formed for reducing
transmission of virus over large scale. It is responsibility of government making focus upon

planning and ensuring successful implementation of PPE policies used within PPE kits making
practitioners and people offering front line offering safety while meeting duties at workplace.
Through regulating strict guidelines and protocols from the authorities of UK which encourage
upon ensuring used of PPE kit through which transmission of virus has been restricted at
workplace. As the government and various public organization has been engaged in enhancing
the awareness for PPE kits, this will encourage companies in forming policies and ensure
successful execution of these policies through which transmission of virus can be restricted at
workplace. This is also a major and ethical duty of citizens to follow medical policy and plan of

In the year 2019 spread of the virus has affected millions of individual which made
outbreak increased. This made safety of health practitioners one of the most important aspect in
order to bring safety measures where distribution of PPE kits were proving to be helpful in
restricting the risk of COVID 19 for maintaining safety of health workers. The countries all over
the world seeing the impact of PPE kit started using within there hospitals which made COVID
protocol followed more effectively as per guidelines issued for purpose(Lakhani, Sharma,. and
Gupta, 2020). I In UK, due to incline in demand of PPE kits, there were different unethical
practices which were followed while distributing the PPE kits to various hospitals and
institutions. Also different government based health organizations developed focus over planning
framework more effectively through PPE kits usage. PPE kits are mandatory over wearing in
hospitals for avoiding transmission over virus helping in limiting negative impact caused due to
COVID 19.
This is one of the most important aspect of government which holds responsibility over
establishing effective care with treatment. It has made contribution done in order to stop the
COVID 19 spread up to an extend. It was crucial for government to used PPE kit and bring it
within policy of medical practitioners and social workers. The COVID 19 pandemic has forced
government to revise its PPE kits and policy as demand over analysing impact of COVID 19 and
makes manufacturing of PPE kit accordingly making demand to be fulfilled more effectively.
The topic has been defined with the use of development of policies related to PPE kits makes
assistance over companies provided making direct expose to the virus reduced which made

safety measures more effectively. This made COVID 19 reduced in more effective manner

because it protects the health workers from the diseases. All the government of the world has put
their focus on the production of more and more PPE suits so that their doctors and health
workers can be protected. The government of United Kingdom also provides many subsidies
those companies which develops this equipment’s.

CONCLUSION
The personal protective kits are helpful for medical practitioners as well as for the society
in order to develop good approach in health field. In the recent times, importance of PPE kits is
increasing day by day with the spread of COVID-19. The government of United Kingdom is also
brining a major policy which is helpful in supporting circulation of PPE kits to the general
society in order to develop social inclusion. There is an ethical responsibility of citizens to
include focused practices which are important for development of wearing PPE kits. The
government of UK is also bringing social inclusion policies to deal with COVID-19.
