considering the reciprocal interaction of person, environment and behaviour. This essay
study is highly based on the Tesco Plc that is a leading superstore within the global
market. In this company there are around 30000 employees on 3400 stores in UK. The
organisation can highly focus on giving the value to their customers and also target the
all types of customers to gain the high amount of profits and revenues. In this essay
report the behaviour of the individual person are to the reflected that will impact the
organisation work and profits by using the social cognitive theory (Belgiawan and et. al.,
2017).

developing the changes in the course of live of the individual person. In this Social
cognitive theory is high effective because it representing the reciprocal interaction of the
person, environment and the behaviour influences that can majorly emphasis on the

environment. It includes the person experience in related to their behaviour so that their
overall expectations can be easily analysed which represent the engagement of the

of the customers and \also focus on saving the environment by removing the use of
plastic bags. Due to the crisis present within the climate retail company can embarrass

worker can highly focus on offering the good communication to their customers and
confession for their bad behaviour that reflects the pure intention of the employees
towards the customers. In these employees sensory and neural system can majorly
impact the behaviour and this will reflected in the individual capabilities(Champion,
2019).

avoid the customers issues at the stores because that employee thinks that buyers will
