In the recent times, due to development of global economy, there are advanced tools and
techniques developed by different countries. One of the major solutions of this problem is
use of personal protective equipments(PPE). In order to effectively use the PPE kits,
government of United Kingdom has developed PPE kit policy. This policy will include
several rules and regulations for health-care workers in order to develop ethical practices
in learning.

The government is involved in development of PPE kit based policies for establishment of law
and order in citizens protection. United Kingdom's government must also ensure controlling of
policy for better development based approach (United Kingdom policy on PPE kits, 2021). In
this research, PPE policy will be highlighted along with analysis of two article. Medical facilities
are also helpful for citizens in order to develop organisational goals and objectives in terms of
health-care. It is the ethical responsibility of government to develop major strategy for business
growth in order to achieve optimum growth in PPE kit sales.
Medical facilities in health-care should be improved after the spread of COVID-19 in order to
develop effectiveness in public care. Hospitals are regularly involved in development of major
plans and policies in order to develop guidelines for medical practitioners. The PPE kit based
policies are effective for general public in order to protect them with spread of virus. Also the
medical practitioners develop safeguarded practices while wearing PPE kits. It is also key role of
medical practitioners to follow guidelines issued by government of United Kingdom. Most of the
successful business organisations in marketplace develops PPE kit with quality production
(Bambi, Iozzo, and Lucchini, 2020). It is major duty of government of United Kingdom's
government to focus on implementation of policies and plans which are certain for norms and

ethics. Along with the implementation of PPE kit policy, it is also essential for the organisations
to develop key objectives and goals.
The COVID-19 also created a major impact on economy of whole world in order to lead the
marketplace. In order to fight with COVID-19, government of United Kingdom introduced a
major PPE kit related policy. This policy is effective in development of whole country which
ensures development of a focused approach. Government decided to distribute PPE kits to
medical practitioners at nominal charges. In order to provide cheap rate based PPE kits to the
general public, government of UK decided to provide subsidies to manufacturing hubs. It was
also essential to perform supervision on supply of PPE kits in major parts of United Kingdom for
long term development of society.
In later phases, government of United Kingdom started to develop PPE kits with
advanced techniques. To develop advanced PPE kits to general public, government hired
professionally trained and skilled workers in the manufacturing hubs. For optimum utilisation of
resources associated with PPE kits, there is a strong need for development of a strategy. With the

help of planning framework, government will be able to achieve perfect care standards in Health-
care services. Government will also introduce major key policies and plans which are good for
general public (Catania, Zanini, and Bagnasco, 2021). All major PPE kits and policies which are
important for citizens are implementation with compulsory monitoring and controlling based
methods. This is also a major role of government to ensure focused approach on different
operations related to PPE kits. Safety and security of medical practitioners in the tough time of
COVID-19 should be the utmost priority of government of UK.
The mentioned article also majorly putting an emphasis on key goals and objectives of a
company for systematic business growth. In different countries of the world like USA, China and
India there is a shortage in supply of PPE kits. There is also shortage of supply in some parts of
united Kingdom for focused growth and expansion (Frazer, Shard, and Herdman, 2020). The
article recommends government of UK to perform collaboration with countries like France and

Germany to import quality based PPE kits. All major functions of a government should include,
various practices that are related to development of whole business organisation. This also
includes circulation of PPE kits by choosing best transportation methods with involvement of
various tools and techniques. In order to prevent the communication of virus in current scenario,
it is mandatory for government of UK to increase the supply of manufacturing kits. The
government should also focus on development of planning framework which is suitable for
future based development.
The personal protective equipment are also useful in development of a focused approach for
business growth. This policy is based on development of ethical practices which are important
for welfare of weaker sections of society. In this article various aspects of personal protective
agreements are covered along with key attention on social development. Personal protective

equipments should be also develop according to current trends in government regulations and
plans. The personal protective equipments should be manufactured with support of government
subsidies and plans for focused development (Jacob, Walker, and Keane, 2020). Government
should also include practices based on personal protective equipment by providing financial
support to manufacturing units.
In government dispensaries, it is also important to distribute the PPE kits because of major
demand. In the recent times, many social organisations of United Kingdom are also supporting
government to distribute PPE kits (Khan, and Parab, 2021). All major government
organisations are also involved in manufacturing goods and services on the basis of demand in
economy. Society should support achievement of social goals in public health-care in order to

various countries like USA and France are supporting United Kingdom in tough times related to
COVID-19. All major countries should focus on developing key strategy related to development
of PPE kits for welfare of general public. In the social aspects of development it is also the major

According to this article media and its aspects also play a crucial role in development of a policy
based on COVID-19. This will include development and formulation of a marketing
communication strategy which is necessary for focused growth of society. Government should
give clear instructions to the media in order to circulate effective information through the use of
appropriate media techniques (Kwatra, Sweren, and Grossberg, 2020). Major function of media
is to analyse live and current condition of society in order to provide optimum solutions for the
problems. Media of United Kingdom must ensure circulation of information in a precise manner
and also to stop information based solutions. This is also a major role of media to effectively
evaluate different practices which are associated with focused development of business firm. In
the current competitive scenario, citizens are largely influenced by media based operations, so
media is the key role player.

The government of different countries are also involved in development of policies which are
suitable for citizens. All major companies in the marketplace which are manufacturing PPE kits
should also include different advanced tools and techniques (Lancet, 2020). The PPE kit policy
of United Kingdom also issues specific guidelines for manufacturing companies in order to
ensure quality production. All major areas of a company should include different practices which
are helpful in establishing and manufacturing desired PPE kits in a well defined manner. The
virus is now a major threat for whole world and there is a strong need of collaboration
development in different countries. This article suggests that it is important for the government
of a country to regularly focus on various goals and policies along with their implementation. All
major policies that are based on government plans, should be implemented with effective control
and supervision for maximum development. All the government based plans also require media
advertisements on Television channels and radio.
In the era of information and technology it is essential to focus on long term development of
policies which are based on IT practices. The government should apply IT based practices in
different policies and plans for business growth and development. The information and
technology based practices are helpful in performing operations with accuracy and quickness. In
the recent times, it is also important for a business to analyse growth factors that are related to
information and technology (Park, Kim, and Roth, 2020). The social media can be also used by
government in order to develop major practices related to advertisement and promotion of
products. Social media and internet advertising are considered as two important pillars which are
used for public circulation of information. Recently government of UK has decided to develop
various IT based approaches that are beneficial in increasing strength of company. All major
organisations which are working for social welfare should also include development of
advertisement over Facebook and Instagram to attract large number of public.

The main purpose of government is to analyse key external and internal factors that are affecting
spread of COVID-19 in the country. It is also major role of government to also focus on
analysing whole scenario related to COVID-19 for overall development of the business. In major
countries, government is involved in development of practices which are ethical nature for mass
public based support (Rudnicka, Gupta, ,and Goldust, 2020). Also the another purpose of this
article is to ensure distribution of PPE kits to general public in a major sense.

Methodology- There is a need of selecting or identifying a major source for collection of
information related to methodology. The secondary research is selected for understanding both
the articles in depth for clear perspective. In the article 1, data is collected from Public health
sources based on England. This helped in research as it is consists of already collected data from
major sources (Santacroce, Bottalico, and Charitos, 2020). The methodology of an article is
helpful in considering major sources that are related to key areas of development in order to gain
success in research. Secondary sources are also quick and accurate to provide best experience in
collection of data. The methodology techniques are developed and formulated by a researcher in
order to achieve all basic goals and aims of a research. In article 1, the secondary research based
information covers PPE kit policy along with its major dimensions. All the major government
authorities should also include practices of inclusive development for overall development of
country. The article 2, relates to focus on media in order to establish effective goals and policies
related to a research. There are different companies in the marketplace which focus on analysing
key competition based approaches for supporting PPE kit and their circulation. All the guidelines
which are issued by government should be followed by citizens of United Kingdom. The

guidelines related to policy and plans of government should be also implemented with
monitoring tools and communication based objectives (Sethi, 2020). All companies in
international marketplace should focus on analysing goals and objectives that are effective in
overall growth of company. In the recent times, many social organisations are also involved in
development of supporting policies for government of UK. The organisations should also follow
corporate laws based on pandemic in order to gain sustainable growth at the marketplace. All
organisations should also issue separately different policies which should be made compulsory
for the employees to be followed.
The results related to academic practices should be evaluated with the help of effective
methodology formed by government (Zhang, Zhai. and Ma, 2020). According to article 1, it is
also compulsory for government of a country to bring major growth based policies and plans

which are fruitful for creating mass awareness. The both articles mainly focus on attention of
government towards major health policies of UK. It is important for the government to focus on
key results and areas of improvement for best implementation of policy.
The above analysis also concludes that it is ethical duty of citizens of a country to take care of
various aspects of PPE kit policy. The main task and function of government of a country is to
establish a focused approach in analysing distribution chain and supply of PPE kits. This project
concludes the value of different articles in order to analyse current situation based on COVID-19
in a depth manner. Total quality management in production of PPE kits is also essential for
development of whole economy. The above stated discussion also concludes role of government
in order to briefly analyse the key aspects and concepts for enhancement of whole economy of
United Kingdom. This project also concludes the role played by government authorities in order
to control circulation of COVID-19 pandemic.
