the other, at this time it is necessary to be use smart methods and techniques so that organisation
can attain their targets and objectives in a systematic manner. Therefore, digital technologies can
be carried out as effective tools, systems and devices. In order to this, in which included all
digital devices, systems such as social media, online promotion activities, multimedia, cloud
computing, mobile devices and so more.
Basically, this research report is based on 4com which is a SME operating in the UK
