to find out the positive and the negative points about one’s personality. It is for this reason that
people must be able to make sure that they are taking part in the group activities. I have been
able to find out many of my strengths and weaknesses. I have taken part in m y team project and
found out my strengths and weakness. This assignment has dealt with my weaknesses and the
ways in which I can improve them in future.
MAIN BODY
1 Your experience of working in a group
I am really very thankful to all my team members as they have helped to put up a very nice
and entertaining group project. I consider this as one of the most important lessons that one
can learn during their school or college years. As per the opinion of Gawel (2016) group
projects or team works is perhaps the best way through which we have been able to learn
how to cooperate with each other. I have realized that there are some strengths and some
weakness present with all of us. I will try to make sure that I am being able to work over the
places of my weaknesses and nurture my strengths.

I am really very thankful to all my team members as they have helped to put up a very nice
and entertaining group project. I consider this as one of the most important lessons that one

how to cooperate with each other. I have realized that there are some strengths and some
weakness present with all of us. I will try to make sure that I am being able to work over the

thinking about it in further depth and by discussing it with other students in your group.
The group work was making presentations and presenting them in front of our class
teachers. I was initially very nervous about taking part in this team project. I thought that I will
become nervous while speaking in front of the teachers and this will indeed be very bad for my
reputation and career. However, it is only because of the encouragement that I got from my
teachers and my friends, which helped me to step forward. Glaser and Strauss (2017) stated that
motivation helps in enhancing the functions as per the objectives. However, I realized that one of
my strength is to support others and be empathetic towards them. As a team member, I need to
actively help other members with the best of my knowledge. This quality will also be very useful
for me in my future career.

I was able to learn that cooperation is the key to success. It is because of the joint collaborative
efforts that our team was successful.
• How it made you feel and why
I was also able to understand that cooperation is one of the key factors for the success of
a team or group work. We have to move forward with our joint efforts in order to transform a
group into a team. For example, before presenting the slides in front of the teachers we had to
undergo many practices.
• What you learnt from this
It was during these practice session that I came to know about some of the very useful
tips for working properly within the team. I realized that I was getting really nervous and I was
fumbling in front of others, one of my teammates assured me that there is nothing to worry and I
just need to keep myself cool and calm.
