INTRODUCTION
Talent management refers to a constant process which includes the retaining and attracting
the quality workers by developing their skills, motivating them so that their performance is to be
enhanced. This report includes the Infuse café that includes the primary and secondary research
that will consider the cost, access and ethical issues (Taylor, 2018). Further it includes findings
and data based on questionnaires and sample size. Further it communicates the outcomes for
intending the findings and reflects the effectiveness of the research that gives the effective results
in findings. At last it includes the alternative research methodologies so that effective
information can be use appropriately. The first two chapter of current project consists of
introduction and literature review that is provided in the first part where as research
methodology, along with analysis of finding is provided in this part together with giving valid
recommendation and conclusion at the end.
Chapter 3: Research methodology
Research methodology considered as an appropriate procedure that can use in an
effective manner so that analyse regarding data and information of the research topic with the
high motive of validity and reliability. This will helps in presenting the result based on research
that can attain the explanation. Use of research onion method is made for current investigation a
discussion of various steps of which is provided as follows:

Research philosophy- This factor of philosophy contains the vital role in the constructive
framework that can reflect the assumption within the behavior and actions of the people that can
be generate by the personal experience criteria. In this positivism is based on the real data
analysis information that can outline the believing factor and interpretation which is mainly
emphasized by the human study (Meyers, 2020). In this they can probe by the qualitative data.
In this adopting the use of Positivism philosophy it will highly reflects the systematic and
appropriate testing that can examine the information based on quantitative research traits of
work.
Research Approach – In the research approach the results can be seen as an optimizing
understanding which is a deductive approach that can generate the logical thinking which can
relate to the optimization research. It can conclude the conclusion of inductive approach that
deliver the factual data which is an evidence of sorting of data information that can integrate with
formation of the information. Forming this research reflects the perspective of deductive
approach which can represent the present information that can highlight the logical information
and process of the conclusion.
Research strategy- This choice of method included the information which is helpful to
conclude the responsible research. It will represent the level of dedication in which researcher
can assure the collection of data and information with full safety and security that can highly
fulfils all the objectives of the research (Narayanan, Rajithakumar and Menon, 2019). To
complete the research the quantitative research can be used because it provides the relevant
information in a form of numeric values that can effectively measure the research aims and
purpose effectively.
Choices of method– This method includes the two elements such as qualitative method and
quantitative method. In this qualitative research is very helpful to understand the researcher
based on information which is not reflected in the numerical representation of the information
research. On the other hand it includes the quantitative research that can helpful to evaluate the
information in a numerical manner but not in the theoretical manner. By adopting the
quantitative method this helps in providing the numerical data which can be examine the
behaviour in terms of the questionnaires aspect (Maurya and Agarwal, 2018). Use of qualitative
firm of research is also made to collect in-depth information with the help of interview.

Use of both primary and secondary sources of data collection is made for current
investigation as primacy data provides authentic and first hand data where as secondary data is
essential to set a base and support current investigation. Primary data would be collected with the
help of questionnaire where as secondary data has been collected from online articles and

Sample size- The research is based on the sample size that is 50 respondents selected from
the employees of Infuse café. Further, use of random sampling method is made for selection of
