Talent management is a process which is related with how human
resource is managed in a organisation. This is related with
development, reattainment and motivation of employees in the
organisation. This is a systematic approach which helps in hiring
suitable person according to a particular job profile.

organisation. especially in case of hospitality sector this process has
to be successfully implemented.

Reflection
From whole investigation I have made a observation that talent
management is a wide concept which is having many benefits. These
are related with how business organisation can use them in
implementation of whole research work. This present research has
made me acquire many skills such as I have developed
communication skills, team management skills and my analytical
skills. All this is helped me in collecting of information and making
its analysis in a appropriate manner.
