depends upon requirement of employees as well as company that which
kind of training they conduct. The present report provides the effective
knowledge and understanding about the importance of training and
development program for the employees as well as organisation
performance. In this report, the major objective is to analyse the
training and development program on the employee's performance with
respect of Tesco Plc. For attain this objective, scholar have implied

From this research study it has been analysed that training and development is
the major function of human resource management that affect the entire
performance of organisation as well as employees. In a simple word it is a
kind of procedure that helps in enhancing the existing performance, skill,
knowledge, ability of the personnels (Garne and Scott, 2013). In the survey,
researcher have conducted survey of 50 employees under which from 30
employees are strongly satisfied with existing approach of training and
development program in the Tesco. From this collected data it has been
analysed that, Tesco delivers training and development program to its
employees according to the requirement of them.
