BTEC HND Project: Training Effectiveness and Customer Satisfaction

This research project aims to determine the effectiveness of training and development programs for workers on customer satisfaction at ASDA. It highlights the crucial role of employees in an organization's success, emphasizing that productive and skilled workers with positive work attitudes contribute significantly to growth. The research uses themes such as product and service quality, employee knowledge improvement through training, the impact of training on company productivity, customer retention, cost-saving, discounts, CSR, quality of services, on-the-job training, and off-the-job training. It also examines the major elements of ASDA products like value, service, and quality. The research uses references to support its findings on training, development, and organizational culture change, as well as strategic human resources management.
