Employees form their roles and responsibility with hard work in order to get placed and
recognised. In context to this SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd managers as per as leaders are
recommended to offer competitive recognition and reward comparatively to other rivals’
industry. In this organisation can reward and recognise employees with monetary and non-
monetary practices such as bonus, written praises, monetary rewards, Employee Appreciation
Day and more.
TASK 3
Reflection
This report is conducted on strategies of workforce transformation that can be implemented
by organisation in order to retain workers for long time period. To fulfil aim of this research
report effective research aim, objectives and questions has been newly developed by me. This
has been done with the help of proper management plan. Along with this to successfully
accomplished all the objectives I have acquired data from appropriate method of data collection
as to ensure that all the information’s which is used in this report is authenticated and trustable.
During this research I faced challenges in the form of acquiring information from respondents
via questionnaire, as in this process I face some respondents were non responsive which affected
my I time as some respondents did not answer efficiently. Along with this it has been identified
by me that due to my week communication skills I faced challenges to communicate with
respondents in effective manner. However, I have efficiently developed my communication
skills during this research. This research allowed me to have proper understanding of various
forms of workforce transformation strategy that will help in organisation to retain employees.

Present research also developed my critical thinking, data collection, time management skill
which enhanced my confidence level to conduct research in future in in effective way.
