Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you in order to request a review of my denied visa application which I had
submit in order to seek a permanent resident visa in Ireland. And I humbly submit before you
the following facts which might draw your attention in considering my request.
I came to Ireland in the age of 19 during the year 2002 on (type of visa) and since then I have
been living here as a responsible civilian. It has been 17 years since I saw my family as after
entering Ireland I could never go back to my country fearing the law to refrain me from
coming back due to visa policies. My family condition has not been pleasant for long now.
Having lost, my mother in the age of 7, my sister and I were been raised by my father as a
single parent. After my sister’s marriage, my father had to live alone with a deteriorating
health conditions. It was just last year that he underwent a knee transplant surgery but this
year again he has been advised to undergo one more knew transplant surgery. But his
physical conditions do not permit another surgery and therefore he has been hospitalized till
he becomes stable. In such critical circumstances he is alone there having no one to be at his
side. My sister is bearing responsibility of her 3 children and by not having an employment it
makes it impossible for her to support my father and his medical expenses
After investing a lot of hard work, I managed to secure an earning source by coming a long
way from a server to a senior beauty therapist here in Ireland. This makes me capable of
handling my father’s bills and medical expenses. Now it is much necessary for me to visit my

father in my country but as per law I will not be able to enter back into Ireland once I leave
and as a result I will lose the means by which I have been able to support my father by far.
I keenly want to be a part of this wonderful country where I have invested a great number of
years of my life but also fulfil my role as a responsible son and be at my father’s side in this
tough phase of life.
Under such facts and circumstances, I am in an urgent need to attain a residence permit in
Ireland and I hope my 17 years of hard work and sincerity towards this land will not go
unnoticed.
With this, I kindly request you to review my application and consider my conditions in
deciding the same.
