INTRODUCTION
Present study will prepare property inspection report of residential house (Rosanna Danna)
and commercial property (Know- Fault ltd).
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION REPORT
Rosanna Danna is the residential home, it was constructed in the year 1998. It is
constructed at 1000 sq ft land (Property Inspection Report. 2015).
Purpose of inspection
The purpose of inspecting Rosanna Danna residential house is to identify the actual
condition of home and find out defects in the property so that it can be sold at accurate price. The
agenda of inspecting this residential property is to provide correct advice to the prospective
purchaser regarding condition of the place.

condition. There is attic entry with ladder. Insulation depth is 4-6 inches. Metal truss framing has

Wall cladding, trim, doors, windows, foundation wall, soffits, plumbing water faucets all
