I want to thank the higher authorities for giving me an opportunity for an Internship in
your respected company. I am highly obliged to the company for supporting me in my journey,
helping me learn new things, which have been quite beneficial for my individual development as
well as provided me the knowledge and understanding of a professional work field. I joined the
company, on 2 October 2019, and have completed a 6-month tenure of internship course by
March.
As I have informed in the interview session, that after my Internship, I would prefer full-
time employment and want to explore my opportunities in other companies operating in the same
domain. Therefore, I would like to give a reminder that my Internship is over, and I would like to
resign on short notice within a week is I am given a prior allowance. The internship session with
