INTRODUCTION
 Organization health & safety issues are important for employees to
retain their place in workplace.
In case of international standard Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005
(Section 20) illustrates the issue of employees' safety and security .
The continuous improvement and cost effecting approach are essential
in this case and that is the reason health & Safety management needs
to be introduced.

DANGEROUS GOODS LEGISLATION
 HSNO Act and Regulation is important in New Zealand.
Radiation Protection Act 1965 or the Land Transport
Management Act 2003 protects employees from
dangerous goods.
In case of the department of labour, HSNO Act controls
the enforce placement and employees specification
issues in hazardous cases.

GENERAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
LEGISLATION
 General Risk and Workplace Management Regulation 2016 is the general occupational
health & safety case that has been initiated by the organisation.
 Health & Safety at Work Regulation 2016 also covers major hazard facilities.
 In case of exploration and extraction cases in mining sections and petroleum processes,
this workplace safety law is important and those entrails in organisational behaviour and
attitudes of employees.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
 Employees need to know do and don't in the organization.
 Protection from the chemicals and solvents completely depends on
their safety measurements and that will dissolve their future
physical problems as well.

LEGISLATION PROCESSES IN VOLATILE

 Under the section of 3.2(5) (a), Ministry of health is focusing on
the health and safety issues of the employee in the workplace.
 The minimal changes have happened form 2015 Act and
installation of this act in the organisation may change the safety
concern for the organisation.
 The act also influences the safety-critical roles in mining sections
and imposed in those areas where chemical things are burn out
and evolved from the whole workplace.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AND STRESS
MANAGEMENT
 Communication, bonding with employees and organisation and ensure the team dynamics
are the three things that can set the safety process and managing stress in the workplace.
 Taking a break in between the work or exercise a bit, get social support in the workplace or
to smile and laugh and make fun in the workplace is always impactful for the employees.
 Additional work pressure effects on employees' health and this stress can be mitigated by
the corporate philosophical process to segregate the section in the different genre and that
will help in mitigating stress.

CONCLUSION
 There are some laws and regulations are aligned with the workplace and
that influenced employees' safety to execute better work in the organisation.
 Employees safety is the concern process of this paper and evaluation of
heath and safety in resin manufacturing company and their legislated forms
are delivered in this phase.
