INTRODUCTION
Resort management is a process in which an organisation manage all activities of hotel
and provides various food, sport, lodging, entertainment and other services. The term resort
describe hotel property which render entertainment, recreational activities and array of amenities
(Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011). TUI is a multinational company which perform their
