Caribbean ocean resorts and Tropical Island. There are certain resorts based on the Tropical
Island such as Anderson Ocean Club and Spa; Avista Resort and many more (Anderson Ocean

above discussion. However, different incidents affecting the operations of resort management
and process of implementation along with the role of tour operators have also been highlighted
in the present study. Hence, it can be concluded that an effective customer care and quality
service can make an organization stable and develop in the market.
