organisation to organise their operations. Every business have distinct resources required which

last sector is tertiary which is completely related with service sector industries like tourism, call
centres etc. This project is based on three sectors of business segments in which resource
requirement according to need concept get define properly. Thus, all physical resources have to
utilise in an appropriate manner which is essential to grab all targets properly. Along with such
context, human resources management play an essential role in all the three sectors which will
going to analyse properly.

employees are required but during peak load with appropriate finance as well.
