INTRODUCTION
 Added tools that help in learning and teachings are known as Learning
Resources. This resources are books , journals, workbooks, notes and handouts and
educational games.
 This resources help individual in getting new knowledge and enhancing existing
knowledge.
 This report includes purpose of all these resources and ways in which these resources
can be classified and how these resources can help individual to improve in their area
of specialization.
 At present resources like software and online books are being equally used as physical
books and resources.

Purpose of Resources in Learning and Teaching
 Resources like books and developed notes work as aid in learning.
 These not only aids in learning but also sometimes is essential to use for purpose of comprehension and
retention of learning.
 Comprehension refers to understanding of individual abut learning and retention refers to how long
individuals are able to remember which have been learned by them.
 Comprehension and retention are very essential if individuals wants to grow in personal and professional life.
 Without comprehension and retention learning will become useless and wastage of time and resources.
 For instance- using visual aids while teaching will help students to understand the concept fast and better.
 Which could have been less if they only hear what is being said by the professor.

Classification and Storing of Learning and Teaching Resources-
Classification and storing of these resources facilitates efficient and quick retrieval of these resources. These
resources can be classified in following categories-
On the basis of subject-
 Resources on the basis of subjects are classified in various subjects and sub division. Main subjects in which
resources are classified are- arts, science, law, business, mathematics, technology and humanities. These are further
divided in political science, geography, language and literature, banking, statistics, mathematics. Computer science,
human resource management business administration etc. On these basis of classification and storage makes it very
easy to retrieve whatever type of resources are required while learning and teaching. For instance, if someone
wants to study arts and political science will not have to search resources in any other subjects book.

Strength and areas for improvements-
 Various skills and specialisation are required when one choose to be an teacher. Specialization in
this report has been taken in Human resource Management and strength of trainee lecturer in
HRM are patience, critical thinking, self discipline and creativity.
 One area where improvement is required is Communication. Improving Body language is also
required for improving Communication this can be done through using resources which contains
tips for improvement and videos and software that are available for practising body language.
 For improving communication, using correct vocabulary is also essential and for that one take

 As a trainee lecturer we need to follow many important terms of the
legal teaching resources. Teaching by these resources are helpful for
the learners.
 They understand the whole topic without any complex and easily able

without it no one able to achieve their goals.
