2.5 In the specialized area, with the help of designed resources and new emerging technologies
to fulfill the demand of the learners
In order to fulfill the demands of the learners with the help of various tools as we made use of
online learning so that the students feel more engaged with the topics and content in the learning
process (Brown, 2020). In this learning, the learners were able to meet their requirements as per
their requirements and pace. For example, webinars, online classes, learning through mobile and,
there are a lot of online teaching sources such as google teach, Newsela, and PBS resources.
2.6 Make use of resources with the aim of fulfilling the needs of the learners
During the process of learning, various types of resources were used for the purpose of meeting
the needs of the customers is online and physical resources (Duchesne and McMaugh, 2018). It
was noticed during the implementation that digital data can be stored in various forms such as
Google Docs, Moodle, hard disk, cloud storage, and many others. In the case of physical
resources, they are stored in filing cabinets, box files, storage cupboards, and drawers. We felt
that digital resources. was very helpful in storing the data more efficiently for the students.
