Resourcing and talent management is defined as the process that include various
activities such as managing organisation resources and employees to meet all needs and demands
of organisation. In this report chosen organisation is Tesco which is British multinational grocery
and general merchandise retaining organisation founded in 1919 by Jack Cohen. Headquarter of
organisation situated in Hertfordshire, England, UK. This report covers concept of resource and
talent management and their strategies for national and international employment market.

Resourcing
Resourcing is defined as the term which is adopted by the organisation to analyse how to
attract as well as recruit employees in right job position at right time. It is about using workforce
