this report. The case of respite care home located in Newham London is assessed with the
priorities and impact of non-compliance within health and safety legislation. Risk assessment for
Mr John case and implementation of policies and systems for Mr Sam case will be discussed in
this report. Finally, the report will cover the health and safety policy and its effectiveness.
