Requirement for Project
EHS is a consultancy firm situated in Melbourne, currently emphasizing on dealing with
issues related to hygiene including evaluating, controlling as well as preventing hazards working
predominantly in the hygiene industry in inspecting and dealing with reducing risks arising in
different sectors like damage of building due to water, damage due to fire, cannabis cultivation
houses and drug synthesizing laboratories (Henderson, 2016). However, due to shortage of
employees and lack of awareness in organizations, the business is getting hindered.
Response on Requirements of Project Brief
The tagline for this organization is ‘protecting health and mitigating loss’, which is the
firm’s business model (Kim and Yu, 2014). This in turn helps to create tailor made hazard
response mechanism and device a stable service delivery mechanism (Kalutara et al., 2017).
Replacement of Work Management
There are certain sections pointed out by the organization, which are required to be
changed based on client requirement and analysis of the entire situation in order to find
replacement strategies. Consultation with professional work flow management officials is an

The company plans to create a business structure and necessary arrangements required for rolling

Skills Audit
Being an articulate supporter of businesses, which are comparatively smaller, I was
involved in providing the team associated with the project to understand the different phases
related to business, which include initial phase, a comparative analysis of subsequent
entrepreneurship and subsequent development of strategy as well as improving the value added
services offered by the organization in order to meet the customer demand.
I have worked on similar ventures for 8 years in fire safety department. Moreover, I have also
worked on water waste management firms. This provides me with an expertise on the various
occupational hazards related to structural framework and work policies of the organization.
I have also worked on Australia public safety department and bio-chemical hazards department
and as a supervisor in cleaning bio-chemical waste in different organizations on preparing a
report on the brief to conduct analysis of the entire operation.
Conclusion
EHS Assess is gradually establishing itself as a pioneer in the hazard treatment and
management sector in Australia. Members when the venture started was seven, which they are
planning on expanding. Brian Murphy started this company, who himself is an occupational

hygienist. The company’s effective strategy in addressing hazard issues related to water damage
treatment, fire safety mechanisms and other procedures. The report is made keeping in mind the

Learning Goals:
Though I am well adept in different sections, which most of the undergraduate students have no
expertise as well as exposure, there are a lot of different things to learn and understand.
However, I have pointed certain things I have learnt throughout the entire process.
 Management Skills- I have known and gained exposure in a lot of different management
aspects related to changing the working structure in an organization starting from changes

done both in internal as well as external aspects of a hazard management company. The
timeframe provided for the entire procedure was six months where certain aspects of the
project were supposed to be updated and understood as well as procuring permits from
different governmental organizations also require certain aspects of project management
framework. I have learned a lot about working in group projects and team work, because
both of them were necessary factors in successfully conducting the review.
 Team Work- I am under a continuous learning curve about the importance of working
with a team. The previous work experiences related to this domain helped me a lot in
dividing the roles and responsibilities between team members. Team work provides with
positive aspects like division of a task in order to complete it within the provided time-
frame. Team work and planning also helps in realizing the mistakes done on previous
projects and manage the task in a more controlled process. These negative aspects helped
me with learning about new processes and tools which I plan on implementing on future
projects.
 Real-time Solution- Most of the projects and ventures plan on deliverables that are
unnecessary as well as unrealistic. This is my responsibility to provide a brief report on
project goals and deliverables as well as providing real-time solutions based on the
identified issues, which will help the organization to improve and implement the changes
in the working structure.
I plan on dedicating personal time provision to each of our team members to learn and
understand the work I conducted with my team to achieve the desired goals. This will help me in
providing an optimum level of work delivered with field research including my team. Our group
has planned on devising an effective strategy to meet up with the time-frame provided by our

client. Discussion on project work and deliverables amongst team members will keep us updated
with changes done based on client demand, which will help in creating a positive work culture
within the team.
As I discussed previously, challenges faced by team members in successfully completing
a project helps to garner a lot of knowledge. The success for the entire process is measured based
on meeting the requirements of the client and deliver them with highest quality work. This helps
to achieve the goals and objectives put forward by the organization and increases our knowledge,
which will help us in the future. The success and failure of a project is entirely dependent on a
team’s approach for a specific task with the time in hand. Thus, effective team work helps to
achieve a successful outcome of the entire work and creates a positive impact individually as
well as a team.
