INTRODUCTION
Business refers to the enterprising entity or organisation which is engaged in industrial,
commercial and professional activities. In the present report, Royal mutton is taken into
consideration. It is basically an Indian restaurant which provides variety of food products with
exact qualitative parameter. It provides different kinds of cuisines to their customers in order to
maintain a proper image into the market. The present report will cover discussion about the
experience and work gained by working in a restaurant. This experience of learning is very
important for the individual growth and development .
MAIN BODY
Week 1
I was working in Royal Mutton Restaurant as Assistant Manager which is an Indian
restaurant. At the time of induction, I got the opportunity to learn about job related roles and
responsibilities and also got the ideas of working from senior authorities. At the time of
induction, I got to know that whoever perform into their best manner then that individual will be
rewarded with bonus(Ingerson and Kim., 2016). I have to strengthen certain techniques which
will help me in terms of making the task easy for me and smoother as well. In this week, I have
learnt about the working of different departments of the restaurant through senminars which act
as helpful parameter in terms of my working. The Senior manager has also adviced me into the
aspect of multitasking so that I can give better results to the restaurant and this will also help into
the context of my further career as well. As a Assistant Manager I have responsibilities of other
employees as well which needs to be tracked according to changing period of time.

Week 2
In this week, I learnt that customer service is an essential parameter for every restaurant .
Customers are basically related to several aspects of restaurant's daily activities and it is
important to listen the customers in a careful manner because they act as advantageous factor
restaurant development and growth. For the brand image of restaurant into the market, the
environment of restaurant plays a very significant role into it.
While working into the Royal Mutton Restaurant, I have learnt that how to handle
customers into positive manner. I have also learnt that how to deal with those kind of customers
who create conflict situation at the restaurant on certain small issues(Josiam and et.al., 2017). I
also make sure that every employee treats customers into proper manner and also fulfil the
satisfactory level of employees into positive manner. It is important that restaurant should do
warm welcome of their customers so that it uplifts the mood of their customers and also creates
positive experience about the restaurant in their minds. In addition to this, I have also learnt that
in which manner complaints of customers needs to be handled.
Week 3
In this week, I have learnt that it is important to consider about customers taste and
preferences so that restaurant can attract large number of customers. As a Assistant Manager of
Royal Mutton Restaurant, I need to make sure that the restaurant provides best quality services to
their customers and also best food as well(Lee and et.al., 2016).For this purpose, chefs plays a
very significant role in it. In this week, I have learnt that to have an eye on the Chef working and
their process as well so that I can easily analyse that how they manage the crisis situation. This
kind of activity help me in terms of enhancing my management skill so that I can provide best
services to our customers. I have also learnt that what are the parameters which needs to be
considered while paying attention to smaller details of management because enhancement in
smaller details leads towards the overall development of the restaurant.
Week 4
In this week, every team member plays a significant role in terms of delivering the
services into positive manner. Every team member has their own strengths and all have
performed into their best context in terms of giving services to the restaurant. In this week, I
have learnt that working within a team creates a positive impact in terms of achieving targets of

the restaurant. If there is lack of coordination among team members then it is difficult for the
restaurant to make a positive image into the market in a consistent manner.
While working in Royal Mutton Restaurant, I have learnt that to provide appropriate
services to the customers so that they need not to suffer in any kind of aspect. It is important that
every employee should be properly trained in their work because they not only provide good
services to the restaurant but also contribute in terms of enhancing certain skills such as team
work and communication skills. From my hundred hours of working in this Royal Mutton
Restaurant, I have learnt about overall working of the restaurant and also about the main crisis
situations which has occurred suddenly according to the requirements of customers.
CONCLUSION
From the above stated report it has been concluded that while working into this restaurant
I have about the overall working of the restaurant. It has been determined that customer services
are very important from the perspective of growth and development of the restaurant. In order to
deliver best food to their customers it is important that chefs have to present best menus to their
customers into positive manner. The overall experience of working the restaurant majorly gives
knowledge about the management of customers and time parameter as well. Within a restaurant
the team work plays a significant role because on the basis of that the overall execution can be
done into positive manner.
