The importance of motivating employees for business growth.
According to viewpoints of Victor Lipman (2014), it has been analysed that when
environment of a business becomes complex, then high performance of employees help in
dealing with same more efficiently. When workers under such situation, perform at their level
best then earning success and maintain growth of business, becomes easy for a company. The
potential for growth can only be possible for an organisation if they motivate employees by
considering four main aspects. It includes financial, career, professional and personal growth of
employees that help in providing job satisfaction in them. Hereby, giving rewards and incentives
for outstanding employee performance help in offering financial growth to employees. Similarly,
organising training program, adding more responsibilities and push workers to do best, aid a firm
in career development of them. As per Anar Nasibov (2015), doing business is more challenging
for company that operates at international level. Both internal and external environment factors
like stakeholders, changes in customers demand etc. arise challenges in terms of employee
performance and revenue growth of business. Therefore, to build a profitable organisation at all
over the world, it is vital for organisations, to employ motivational practices. This would help in
managing workplace and survive in a profitable way for organisations. But among various

factors, production of workers considered as the biggest challenge in front of company's
management to protect highest productivity. The reason behind this is long-term benefits, that an
organisation can gain only by support of motivated employees, that help in delivering high value
to business for attainment of revenue growth. By employing motivational factors, organisations
can create job-satisfaction, achievement, fulfil financial need and both professional and personal
growth for them.
As per views of Bob Nelson (2018), it has been argued that employee motivation refers to
most critical aspect at workplace, which helps in leading the performance of company.
Motivated employees allows management of a firm to meet strategic goals, because with positive
contribution of them, a company cannot takes risk to make changes in business for attainment of
high growth. Therefore, if a firm provides proper satisfaction to employees then this will help in
earning high commitment of them, to drive positive growth in business. Through investigation
conducted by Alison Napolitano (2016), it has been ascertained that motivated and engaged
workers work with more passion, in moving business forward. For this purpose, management of
a firm can make consistent communication with employees, to provide them knowledge about
how growth in business would prove beneficial for them as well. Because lack of clarity may
lead to increase frustrations in employees and will impact adversely on their performance as
well. So, under such condition a company cannot achieve its set goals and drive successful
growth in business. Similarly, with same views of Jack Welch (2018), a company cannot go long
whether deals at small or large level, if is fails to get positive commitment of employees. This
lead to cause major losses and company will not in position to achieve sustainable growth. So, to
improve overall productivity of business, organisations must concern on motivating its
employees.
