individual managers and the organization members (Jukić and Puljak, 2018.). Present case study
is based on John owns number of restaurant by selling unique selling point focusing on regional
ingredients. There are different aspects will cover in essay such as contract law,cross culture,
leadership, poor management and organizational cultural and behaviour.

the organizational culture of John was not good due to this there are different types of issue faced
by company. Also, John has contacted to new supplier in which he wants to get the supply of
hand reared lamb also at that time she wishes to secure the two years of deal with spring farm
because it has good reputation in market and quantity and price of the lamb is mutually decided
by them on the monthly basis also it has been analysed that both Sam who is the joint owner of
Spring farm were exited to get the opportunity because this deal were impact positive for the
company in order to improve the brand image of organization and this is also helps to increase
the productivity by supply large number of lamb to John (Younas and Akramov, 2021). She has
preference in order to deal with excellent quality of lamb to be supplied by the owner of Bank
farm. Bank farm has approached to John because he has dealt with many restaurants and can
provide number of deal.
The management of John is poor because he did not wait for the Sam reply in order to get
another deal with Roger. Sam is also not responsive because he wants to discuss with their
