Introduction
This research report is completed for managing the growth of the new restaurant’s business
process and the economics of the organization. For that purpose, the working process of
McDonald is examining which is providing different types of factors which can be implemented
in the business process of a new restaurant.
For that purpose, the whole research work is dividing into four parts. The first part will provide
information about the aim and objective of the project which is done on the basis of McDonald’s
operations. It will also project plan, Gantt chart, risk and other things of the project. The second
part will provide information about research methods which will utilize for the research work.
The third part will provide information on recommendation which can be given on the basis of
research. The fourth part will provide the value of the project which will evaluate the basic
objective and performance of the project.

The main aim of this project’s research is providing important information and skills which can
be used to manage the working of the project. According to the given scenario, the new
restaurant business is opened in the local area. But before starting the business, the client wants
to find out the numbers of activities of McDonald restaurant which can be affected by the
process or business progress of the new restaurant. With the help of this research, the client can
easily different types of information which can be utilized to enhance and increase the revenue
and sales of a new restaurant and they can provide good quality food items to customers on the
basis McDonald’s operations. With the help of this information, a new restaurant can easily plan
and implement the effective business’s operation which will reduce all the impact of McDonald.
Objective
The main objective of this project is to improve or enhance the business process of the new
restaurant which can be done by identifying numbers good operation of McDonald which can be
utilized to reduce this type of impact on the new restaurant. This project is also enhancing the
services quality of the new restaurant and a new restaurant can gain profits in the local area. For
that purpose, the proper plan is creating this project and identify the numbers of activities of
McDonald which are affecting the working of the new restaurant. With the help of this project,
the new restaurant can easily maintain the internal working process of the restaurant and it will
maintain the market value and economic growth in the global environment and it will also
increase the growth of restaurant in the international and local market.

This section is providing the detail information of project management plan which can be used to
improve the internal working process of a new restaurant and identify the numbers of business
operation of McDonald which can be impacted the working process of the new restaurant. For
completing this section, the different aspects must be analyzed before the starting of a new
restaurant business which is providing below:
Cost: For the implementation of this project, there is no bearer of the cost. The new restaurant is
identified the numbers of operations of McDonald which can be impacted the working of the
new business. For that purpose, a new restaurant can apply or provide the home delivery to the
customer within the 20 minutes and they must also provide satisfaction to the customers and
enhance the transparency to gain the trust of customers. So, the cost will spend when all the
needs of this project will fulfill.
Scope: The project’s scope is to identify the numbers operations of McDonald which can be
impacted the working process of the new restaurant process. For that purpose, the numbers of
research methods can be used to analyze the working process of McDonald. The new restaurant
can use the home delivery of food items (service) to the customer within 20 minutes. They can
