I do hereby want to express my interest in the position of an intern in the food and
beverage sector in your esteemed organization. I became aware of this opportunity through my
professor at the University of New South Wales. At present, I am in the final semester of my
Master’s degree in Hospitality management. It is my strong belief that my previous experience of
5 years in the food and beverage industry along with my degree in the similar field will make me
ideal for this position in your organization.

hospitality industry to improve my skills and capability in the management area. I have indulged

‘most organized eatery of 2017’ award in New South Wales. As the café is run by the two of us
only that is why we have to take care of all the minute details and such an award has really
motivated us to continue with this work. Recently I have also appointed two employees who
have been properly trained to carry out their specific tasks.
