The role of an assistant manager is a dream role to me since the very beginning of my career.. As I am pursuing specialization in
domain of public health I will be delighted to serve as an assistant manager in the healthcare sector and assist in the completion of all
the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that make healthcare or medical treatment accessible to the patients. Along with this, I will be
obliged if I receive the opportunity to make the formalities less complicated to the patients marked as emergency cases.

Objectives: My objective is to dedicate myself completely to the organization I am going to serve in future. I aim to enhance my
knowledge as well as skills so that that I become capable of making positive contributions to the success of the organization. I believe
that, my experience as well as the learning from my mistakes will assist me to exhibit perfection in my work.
Experience:
Organization: The name of the organization or company I served is Royal Medical Services/ Queen Rania AL Abdullah Hospital for
Children. It is one of the renowned pediatric hospitals in Amman.
Location: Royal Medical Services/ Queen Rania AL Abdullah Hospital for Children is situated in Amman, which is the is the capital
of Jordan and one of the most populous city in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Job Tenure: I remained committed to Royal Medical Services/ Queen Rania AL Abdullah Hospital for Children, as a Pediatric ICU
nurse, during June 2010 to June 2018.
Designation and Responsibilities: I served as a Pediatric ICU nurse, in Medical Services/ Queen Rania AL Abdullah Hospital for
Children, since 2010-2018. I feel blessed that I receive the opportunity to perform my duties in the intensive care unit as a pediatric

nurse. During my tenure in Medical Services/ Queen Rania AL Abdullah Hospital for Children, I performed three distinct duties. I
used to monitor the patients admitted in intensive care unit and provide effective care to the patients marked as emergency cases. I was
also assigned with the responsibilities to convey the families of the patients about the current status of their health, along with the
treatment procedures that the board of the doctors decided to adopt. During my tenure I also underwent the training to perform the
tricks should be applied in the absence of doctors, which can save the lives of patients admitted in the ICU. Thus I learnt and applied
the tactics to manage medical crisis.
Apart from the role of a coordinator in the PICU, other significant responsibilities that I performed are:
 Coordinating the infection control team
 Writing policies as well as standard procedures
 Look after the quality control services.

Projects Undertaken:
 I was engaged with the quality control services. Hence, I was member of the quality control team that used to work
on the hospital accreditation in the year 2012.
 Later I worked with the infection control ream. In the infection control team I played the role of a coordinator for
PICU.
 Again I was also engaged a s family nurse with HRH princess Haya Office.
Achievements:
One of my remarkable achievements is to earn the title of ‘Assistance Specialist’ recognized by Jordanian Nursing Council
Professional Classification. Hence, I have achieved proficiency in a administrative as well as clinical duties. Along with this, I have
also achieved Proficiency in monitoring the patients. My skills to provide effective care to the patients marked as emergency cases
have been enhanced. I have also achieved proficiency in applying the tactics to manage medical crisis.
