Six months into the job, I conducted a quality audit and appraisal of records. I was able to identify
previously used tools that had stunted the growth of the company in the market. I suggested to my
immediate supervisor that we implement individual and departmental work instructions such as
inspection of critical parts a few days prior to shipment and constant checks on urgent orders. Since
then, there has been a notable decline on expenses incurred due to delayed shipments, increased
productivity among staff, and increased customer and workers satisfaction.
Research Engineer: Temasek Microelectronics Centre
Nov 2015-Oct 2016

I conducted research on previously used electoless and electroplating techniques and I was able to
discover that amendments on plating parameters such as pH, temperatures, and types of additives had
significant impact on the final product. In one of the cell experiments we implemented the changes and
the outcome was improved electroplating on Copper, Nickel, and Gold plating on silicon substrate.
