INTRODUCTION
The procedure of selling quality products to retail consumers, encompasses several stages
and practices that a manager or sales person conduct in effective manner. The current assignment
will be based on electronic store, that provide laptop computer to each buyer according to their
needs. The study will explain, establishment of customer needs and communication with them. It
will define key advice on items, information understanding determination and recognition of
buying signals. Lastly, the study will specify facilitate sale of products and compliances with
customers protection & privacy legislation.
MAIN BODY
Establishing customer's needs
It is important for an employee to understand the needs and expectations of customers, as
it may enable them to retain and acquire potential buyers, who are taking interest to purchase
their quality products such as Laptop computer. In the electrical store, before and after customer
entrance that may have French accent, I will consider the several concepts and also take
approach to establish their needs, in term of developing better understanding about customer
needs in the recent time, especially who has French accent (Lu and et.al., 2021).
After first phase, I will move to next and that is collecting info about what customer want
who came in the store. As it need to make an important discussion with them about their
preference, like why they want to purchase a laptop computer so that I will provide them options
accordingly. As I had many options that I will present in front of customer, so they will chosen
specific product category among these.
Communicating with consumers from diverse backgrounds
Effective communication play vital role in success and unpredictable growth of a
company or store. For purpose of conducting communicative practice, I will utilize varied
technologies, tools and approaches (Cartwright, Liu and Raddats, 2021). In order to gain the
attention and retain potential customer, management in the electrical store will use written and
non-verbal communication, which enable them to provide overall info about a laptop computer.
For purpose of similar thing, I will take initiative to utilize both types of approaches.
Furthermore, I will also take focus on using a simple language that customer will easily
understand as they related to French accent. Face to face communication is the best non-verbal
interaction example, that I prefer to use and continue with the same that enable me to satisfy

customer in appropriate manner as they will get overall information about product, for which
they came in the store to purchase.
Providing advice on services and products.
In the recent time, most of the firms may provide valuable advices to their customers, by
using specific method and technique. For example, in case of electrical store, where customer
reach to purchase laptop computer, each candidate will efforts to provide appropriate advice to
each buyer, for purpose of increasing their interest level. I will follow specific process to provide
them appropriate advice as obtain information about purpose for purchasing laptop, provide info
about key features of same products and specify everything about laptop computer.
Determining if customer understands information that provide them with
The best way to identify that consumer comprehend information provide by me about
laptop computer is their engagement level. As those people who will understand everything
about a product always engage themselves to know more about the same thing (Kapoor and
et.al., 2021). They will take approach to ask varied methods in the context of payment, which is
important for them to known before purchasing quality and necessary items as individual prefer
to pay online. Another method or way, that I will utilize to understand the same thing is feedback
and reviews that they I will collect from customer. It enables me to collect in-depth information
that help to take right decision in regard to varied activities.
Recognize buying signals
There are different ways accessible in the corporate world that management may consider
and focus on to recognize buying signals of customer, who may take interest and decision to
purchase laptop computer. For example, customer engagement with more information about
product that accessible in the shop will allow me and other people to recognize buying signal
of buyer. It is fact that a person may engage themselves in the process of information gathering

signal is form filling option that individual customer will select. It allow firm to make assure that

1998, which may drive their attention and concentration toward using high-tech technologies and
strong passwords that help to protect customer data from being stolen by the others. They may
also focus on utilization of consumer Protection Act 1987, that tend to provide excellent
protection to internal and external consumer (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1987, 2022). it
may provide strategic guidelines to shop management to conduct ethical practices.
CONCLUSION
From above analysis, it has been concluded that employees has retained and acquired
new customer, by using effective communication methods. They had enhance their satisfactory
level by using and considering different types of legislative terms.
