and gain skills to boost my performance. As, I am completing my graduation so, it will be
helpful for considering major sources and achieve higher performance to boost up the creativity
in thinking skills.
In the retail industry there are some major growing sectors to work in different manage
sectors for the growth in applicabilities. There are some career development for the candidates
who are applicable to build progressive professional aim. I ma studying in management field that
is helpful for become more productive growth and possibilities to manage different practices to
work in retail industry. The main role which is chosen in this retail industry is to provide a brief
introduction and possible ideas to generate and make managerial development to represent the
skills and leadership approach for gain assets for the use of economy at global level.
The position which I have been choosing is to make HR manager and perform the
activities in more extrovert and personality career development. This will be helpful for
managing and growing industry to provide systematic growth in creative ideas and applicabilities
and contribute for managing retail sector growth. In order to overcome with the Covid-19 crises,
I am trying to find a suitable job that would be helpful for me to work effectively and manage
specified solutions in different perspective. I have different skills which are useful for me to
complete and improve my professional career development into the market and gain more
effective approaches. This will be helpful for generalising the statement and make success over

work and make suitable growth of HR to understand the problems in analysing in more effective
and better ways. In the retail industry, it is important to work and make complex business

position of the retail industry will be helpful for the HR role to constant and make crucial
foremost relationship to manage the eliminate the risk from the organisation.
